Problem: When Brad's furnace suddenly stopped working, he called Air Experts for an estimate on a new system.
Solution: We sent one of our pros, Kevin, to check out Brad's current system and determine the best options for his home and budget. After we walked him through the options, Brad decided on what he felt was the right unit. We sent our crew to his home a few days later and installed his new furnace. Because Brad had been without heat for a few days, our crews worked late to ensure that Brad had his system installed as quickly as possible. After installing the unit, our crew made sure that everything was working properly and that Brad and his family had heat once again.
"Air Experts was excellent. I called on a Thursday for an appointment to get an estimate on a new furnace and they were able to have someone out at my house on Saturday. Kevin was on time and took his time to walk me through what the best options were. I also appreciated that he wasn't pushy in trying to get me to replace my furnace and A/C at the same time. When we settled on the right unit and price they were able to get a crew out to my house on Monday which was awesome since I thought it would take over a week to get on the schedule.
